LEAD AE – ASSIST Refund Policy (Paddle Purchases)

Effective date: February 19, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LEAD AE – ASSIST processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.

1. How to request a refund or cancellation
To request a refund or cancel an order/subscription, you should contact Paddle Buyer Support for fastest processing:

  • Use Paddle’s contact form at paddle.net (or the support link included in your Paddle receipt email).

  • Include the email used at checkout and your order/transaction ID (if available).

For product/support questions (separate from refunds), you can contact us at info@leadae.com.

2. Consumer right to cancel (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days (starting the day after the transaction completes), unless an exception applies. To meet the deadline, it’s enough to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
Effect of cancellation: if cancellation is valid, Paddle will reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision, using the same payment method, and without fees for the reimbursement.
Exception (digital content / benefit received): the consumer right to cancel does not apply to digital content once you have started to download/stream/acquire it, or to products/services you have had the benefit of.
For subscription services, the consumer cancellation right applies to the initial subscription purchase, not to each automatic renewal.

3. Refunds (case-by-case)
Outside any applicable consumer cancellation rights above, refunds are provided at Paddle’s sole discretion, reviewed case-by-case, and may be refused. Paddle will refuse refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
Refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary.

4. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period via Paddle (paddle.net / receipt support link). Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date.
There are no refunds for unused subscription periods.

5. Chargebacks / unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact Paddle Buyer Support immediately (paddle.net / receipt support link). Paddle manages disputes and chargebacks as Merchant of Record.

6. Sales tax / VAT (where applicable)
If you were charged sales tax/VAT and are eligible for a tax refund under applicable rules, Paddle requires you to contact them within 60 days of purchase and provide a valid tax number/code for your country.

7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law (including rights relating to products/services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose).
